The Invention Archive is a collection of Journals designed to assist inventors in protecting their intellectual property in the case of patent litigation.  By publishing their invention in a public journal, they can prove in court that the invention was already disclosed and that the opposing patent claim is invalid.

Our journals are open and publicly searchable.  We also publish the invention in Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and most importantly we publish with Amazon and assign an ISBN number to the Journal.
